POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

I am an 'out-of-network' provider for many PPO insurance plans. This means that my client pays the full fee directly to me, and I provide a statement so that you may apply for reimbursement. Most plans reimburse the client a variable percentage depending on the level of your coverage. Some plans even reimburse the full fee for a set number of sessions. If you have a PPO plan, I highly encourage you to call your health insurance carrier for details on your coverage and reimbursement for your chosen form of psychotherapy. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further enquires as to whether I am a provider on your insurance network since I do contract with some insurance panels.

The following is my fee structure:
Individual therapy (50 minutes) - $115/session.
Family and Couple’s therapy (60 minutes) - $125/session.

I do offer a sliding scale fee structure depending on income and ability to pay.

All therapy sessions are conducted in person. I do not provide any phone, email or online based counseling services.

What happens in the case of cancellation of a therapy session?
There is no charge for any session that is cancelled 24 or more hours prior to the scheduled time. However, sessions that are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged in full.
